What HR On-Demand Covers
Our hour-long, HR On-Demand consultations are designed to provide you with timely, Human Resources advisory support when you need guidance on a specific question or employment-related issue. Depending on the complexity of the topic, we can typically address 1-2 questions per session, including areas such as:
- Federal and State Labor Law
- Wage and Hour Compliance
- Employee Management and Employee Relations
- Review and Interpretation of Workplace Policies

This service is intended to provide guidance on specific HR questions or issues and is not a substitute for our more comprehensive HR projects, such as policy development, compliance assessments, or employee handbooks. More substantive and ongoing Human Resources support may require engaging Orchard HR for one of its ongoing or project-based services.
The one-hour HR On-Demand consultation may be delivered through a combination of:
- Phone call or virtual meeting
- Background research
- Email communication and follow-up guidance
- Written summaries or documentation of issues discussed
Please note: Some discussions may require booking more than one session. Each HR On-Demand consultation is $215 per hour and clients will receive a follow-up summary of the discussion and recommendation.
